I’m a fun person with a passion for learning and innovating. As a native of Porto, I love exploring the city, enjoying its unique corners and experiencing the vibrant local culture.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing paddle tennis, dining out and socialising with friends. I also love travelling and keeping up to date with what’s new in the world of technology and IT.
I completed my degree in Computer Science at Universidade Portucalense in 2021 and, since 2022, I’ve been studying for a master’s degree in Data Science and Engineering at FEUP, and I’m currently finalising my thesis. I’ve always had a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Machine Learning, which led me to pursue this master’s programme.
Until then, I worked as a Software Engineer, but in this new challenge I’m going to apply all the knowledge I’ve acquired over the last few years, together with the knowledge from my master’s degree, in a new position as a Data Engineer, which is the role I’m going to embrace here.
I’m very excited and looking forward to starting this new stage.
As a Data Engineer, I’m responsible for analyzing data (SQL and No-SQL), developing ETL pipelines, Big Data solutions and real-time analytics, using Cloud technologies (AWS), collaborating with stakeholders and coordinating teams on data projects.
