On 4 October, Globalvia inaugurated ÁGORA, a new space for sharing knowledge, discussing new trends, innovation and the future.
Antonio Fontanini, Chief Exponential Officer of Opinno, was in charge of opening this first session on «the leader in the face of innovation».
Following its success, and to close the year, on 4 December the Company held the second session of this great initiative with the presence of Irina Frolova, Director of Globalvia on behalf of PGGM, the Company’s Dutch shareholder.
In an interview format, Ángela Montánchez, Innovation and Transformation Manager at Globalvia, and María Porta, Head of Talent, Communication and CSR, were in charge of interviewing our special guest.

The session began with an overview of her academic background and her position at PGGM, as well as her international experience managing investments around the world. Irina also focused on our Company and outlined the aspects that make us different from the rest, being for her fundamental the need to believe in the things you do in order to make them happen and succeed.
After this first part, we were able to meet a much more personal Irina, where she explained the challenges she has faced, including the fact that she is a woman, as well as her vision of success and the reasons for enjoying a sabbatical year.
It was a very interesting session that gave us the opportunity to get to know our councillor.
