Understand product/commercial needs and how they translate into functional and technical requirements.
Lead the requirements gathering effort based on stakeholder input.
Be responsible for the timely availability and accuracy of project requirements, ensuring that engineering teams can develop software in the most efficient manner possible.
Write user stories with acceptance criteria, prepare and prioritize backlogs, produce launch and communications plans, execute shows and track benefits realization.
Attend all relevant scrum/ceremonies.
Adapt product backlog as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Communicate constantly with stakeholders and keep them informed about the status of requirements development.
Management of product dependencies between equipment.
Provide guidance and induction to other product owners.
Have a detailed understanding of the portfolio, project and feature delivery processes.
Be a subject matter expert in your domain and have a solid understanding of the company’s organization and performance.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business or technology discipline.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English)
Experience in defining business requirements is essential.
Experience in influencing change in work practices in the analysis and development department.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of techniques for requirements elicitation and specification.
Ability to interact with commercial, design and technical specialists.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong relationship management skills.
Experience working across multiple Agile methodologies.

Experience working in a multi-product environment.
Experience with the integration of third party feed suppliers.
Results-driven and action-oriented approach, pursuing work with energy and dynamism.
Credible and efficient communication through a variety of channels and audiences.
